We are looking for volunteers for this year’s event. This is start of a list that people can help with. There are several committees that need help, but will still want to play into the event.

This year there is going to be a badge fee. It could be 10, 20, or even 30 dollars, then if you want to play into a event then you have to pay for that event separate. If you are working as part of a committee then your badge fee will be waved.
Preliminary
Here are some preliminary costs.
There will be a $20 dollar badge fee.
The ETC event is $150 per team
Tickets will be $50 for the 40k event
If you are working as part of a committee then your badge fee will be waved provided you contribute a valid amount
Bringing tables of train will allow for entry for best table awards (not badge waved)

Ok our rough numbers are 50 tables for 40k and 20 tables for Fantasy, we will need around 10-15 tables for Warmachine (4'x4'). If we do apocalypse this year we will need a large table (6'x16') worth of terrain.
