If the event doesn't fill up to 16, will it be cancelled or the format changed? When would any changes be communicated to us for list changes and planning?

Hey Ben,

Me and my son Ben (he played last year at the June lock-in) plan on coming out for this event. I'll try to get up there on Tuesday to pay. I've been out of internet contact for most of the last month while in Ohio on my dig and haven't had a chance to check out the lock-in plans until now. This looks like fun.

Also, the event will not be cancelled. We have over 8 people so its a go. we will figure out how to run the event with whatever number of people we have

Since I am coming from Syracuse I figured I would confirm that I will most definitely be there - in Rochester now actually spending the day with the in-laws.

Let me know if you need any help with setup or with the minitua of running the event.

I've been building terrain this week instead of painting models and can bring some if you'd like.

I've been painting it all green to go on the GW mats since I don't have enough mats to do the + layout.

Im about to go out to millenium etc and try to find a nemesor zahndrekh and Varguard Obyron, but if they dont have them would anybody object to me proxying them?

LMK, Ill bring a second list in any case just to be safe.

I'm fine with it but that's me. All necrons look the same to me anyways. What's zandrek have anyways, a stick, a trinket, a cape, and a burger king crown just like the other overlords? And obyron just has a scythe and his football pads?

So long as you choose models that look different then go for it. I know a lot of people hate the Obyron model anyway, so I expect him to be proxied by a standard lord quite often anyway.
