Chattanooga is pretty family friendly - lots of stuff to do - Rock City, Aquarium, Choo-Choo, not to far to some great outdoor stuff for hiking and all. I'm not sure how many Shane has registered so far - but soundling like a LOT of teams are planning on attending - might want to go on and RSVP for it. Awesome that it's sounding good for you guys to make it. |

Talked with Shane today - so far 10 confirmed teams - 4 more that I know of that are pretty much definate. Sounds like it will cap at 40 teams (200 people) if they can get that many.
Here are the teams confirmed:
Team Toledo
Blade and Bolter
Team Murphy (wc?)
WC-East
Team Ragnarok (don't know them)
Chattanooga gaming team 1
Chattanooga gaming team 2
unnamed team from Birgmingham AL
Team Borderlands Gaming (SC)

Other teams:
Da boyz (assuming you guys can make it)
Reecius on Dakka is bringing a team from west coast
BNB will have a second team

Team Murphy is probably WC and Paul Murphy is the captain. I know he plays nurgle and the typical leaf blower list.

Yeah, that was my originally observation that flying to this particular location had really expensive air fair.

I would look at Atlanta or Nashville. You would need to get a car and drive from there - but it's a couple hours worst case.
Chattanooga has an airport - but it's not really big and I'm sure costly to fly to.

I am driving down but I am not going to drive to Nashville or Atlanta to pick you up hehehe. If you are flying into Chatanooga and I beat you there I will happily chaufer you guys around hehe. I mean you are my teamates and all!!
If you beat me there I may be able to arrange to have someone pick you up in Chatanooga.
