Well I do agree that we all need to sit down and discuss the gameplan(s) and build/tweak armies as needed. The format is pretty deep and team stategy needs to be considered in list building to take into effect the pairing system.
Since Shaun has been to Germany to play this format against teams from around the world, he's probably got some valuable insights.
There's going to be some intense lists and competition between the american clubs. I'm pretty excited...

I knew that would get a rise out of you Joe ;D. I was just yankin yer chain. Although Aaron is right in that it is important to have a strategy in army lists, army roles and pairings. Let's set up a meeting. Aaron, when can you be available with the whole wedding thing? Contests by the way.
Also, for the record, there will be lurkers looking for any information available so we should avoid discussing details publicly.

I thought you were supposed to be the captain Joe. What are the duties that the captain will need to address? Is he going to be responsible for the pairing stategy during the matchup phase? Is this something that the whole team can discuss when the pairings are being selected?
I really don't think it matters and we plan on going for a good time of war hammer, drinking, eating and picking on Al.

We were all relying on your experience to be captain since you have played this format before. Not sure how it will shake out when the match ups actually occur. I have no problem being captain, but I have no problem deferring that to you as well.
As for making fun of Al...thats a given hehe..
