I agree the suround senorio was a balst! What made it even more fun was that historicly we already kniew who was going to win so no thought was even given to points! It was a whole lot of just fight for the fun of it!

I think if we did the surronded(whatever) scenario we might need to square off the table or work something else out.
Otherwise half the nid force will be in close combat while the other half is only halfway across the table.
Come to think of it that might be better for the imperials anyway.
Either way it sounds cool, as I could muster half of a 1st company.

Okay - We have a date of September 7th (Sunday)
Unless something changes down the road plan on 3000 points as that seems to work well
As for sides here is what we have available Totals so far: IG - 7 Tyranids - 5 Space Marines - 8 Eldar - 3 Dark Eldar - 2 Chaos - 6 Orks - 2 Inquisition 0 4 Tau - 1 Necrons - 3
Here is a theorical match-up Imperials: Me Tommy Ron Dacius Special Dave K-Dawg
Tyranids: Soleman Brian (Zig) Brian Coe Norton Courtney C4
Floaters: (who either play Imperials or an 'Alien' who could help Nids) Gabe Doug L Kevin Foser Terry
Aliens I had in mind supporting the Nids' would be Necrons and Eldar

Ok is there ANYONE on those lists that cannot play on that date (September 7th (Sunday))?
If so, please speak up so you can be replaced. Lets start making this offical so we can get the ball rolling here.
Once we have offical teams we will do an informational meeting with questions etc....and then team meetings if wanted by the teams. Perhaps tom can make the individual forums again for the teams once its offcial.

That's far enough out I should be ok. My preference is imperial since it's the one I can most likely do formations for. It's also the one I can most easily make points in. I could do eldar with some help though.

When you say "floaters" do you mean we got to wait till somoene drops out, or simply we COULD play on either side??
